The Coastal Collaborative

Keep It · ongoing support

The boring parts, handled every month.

Ongoing systems, CRM, automation, and AI-search support with named scope, capped hours, and a published price. The work keeps moving after the project ends.

A clear next step

Not sure a retainer is the right shape yet?

Tell Erin what keeps not getting done. You will get an honest answer about whether ongoing support fits.

What you can put on retainer

One for the list. One for the ops department.

Both are month to month after the first three. Both have a real hour cap published up front, so the invoice does not surprise you and the scope does not drift. If you outgrow the smaller one we move you. If the bigger one is more than you need, Erin will say so.

20 hours a month

Growth Retainer

$1,500

per month

For the owner who keeps saying, “I really need to fix that,” about the same four things every month.

  • Get Found work continuing every month
  • Website changes, new pages, and small things that keep slipping
  • Systems and automation work from CRM through follow-up
  • One place to send the thing, then find out when it is done

Erin directs all of it, with the operations team supporting repeatable implementation.

30 hours a month · priority queue

Partner Retainer

$2,500

per month

For businesses where Erin is effectively the operations department, and everyone involved already knows it.

  • Everything in Growth, with ten more hours and the front of the line
  • A monthly 45-minute numbers call focused on what moved
  • Priority when something breaks
  • Capped at three accounts, the honest ceiling for this depth of support

Three seats, forever. When they are full, they are full.

Let me be specific

What a retainer here is not.

Here is what you are not signing up for:

A block of hours you buy and then feel guilty about not using

A monthly report that tells you what happened instead of showing what changed

An open-ended scope where the invoice creeps every quarter

A junior nobody you have never met doing the work in your account

The questions people actually ask

Before you start anything.

What happens to hours I do not use?

Unused hours go away at the end of the month. The cap keeps the price predictable for both of us, rather than letting hours pile up for a future rush.

Is there a contract?

The retainer starts with three months, then moves month to month. The first month is mostly learning your business, and the compounding starts after that.

How is this different from paying you hourly?

The work is similar, but a named scope with a capped price removes the hesitation that makes people save small problems until they become expensive ones.

Who actually does the work?

Erin directs the work and writes everything a client reads, with support from the operations team for repeatable updates, tests, rescans, and implementation.
